Cancellations and amendments for Same Day Delivery orders are not possible.However, if you place an order  for Next Nay Delivery and you need to change or cancel it please reach out to us immediately at +30 2109012280,we attempt to process your request the moment we receive it during business hours.

If you contact us after hours, it may take a bit longer to process your cancellation request. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note: some orders are shipped very soon after being placed and may already be on their way or delivered, so it may not always be possible to cancel.

Please note that refunds are offered to be used on your next order. The refund voucher is valid for a year and cannot be used alongside other promotions.

However before you make any complaints please consider that flowers are alive and we may have to make a small change on colours or flowers keeping though your initial choice.

To assist us in assessing the product quality, also reserves the right to request photos or images of the original flowers within the first 24 hours of the delivery.This is a standard request that all florists will ask for in the event of customer complaints. Images also help us to show growers/suppliers what has happened to the product they have provided us with.

In addition to flowers being fragile and perishable products, there are many variables that can impact their longevity. They will react to their immediate indoor environment (eg. air conditioning and heating) and external weather conditions (such as extreme heat). Once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surroundings may also result in reduced longevity that is out of our control.

For peak holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, no cancellations are permitted 4 business days before delivery date.
